Chinese astronauts to raise zebrafish in space

The trio of astronauts is led by Shenzhou-13 veteran Ye Guangfu, and joined by Li Cong and Li Guangsu, who are embarking on their first space flight mission. Deputy director of the China Manned Space Agency Lin Xiqiang said their mission is to build China’s first “self-circulating aquatic ecosystem” and cultivate vertebrates in orbit.
