I had just played Panorama Bar and I remember the sun rising over this concrete landscape as we left the club, ears ringing and blissed out. A couple days later I was in the studio and the song just flowed out. It started with a sample of singing stones, then I chopped up a percussion sample and added the chords. The next part was a rhythm in 5 which I gated the vocal to. I sent the idea over to George Fitzgerald, who chucked some breaks in there, and after that it was pretty much finished.
