This year Lincoln will celebrate its 100th anniversary. Rather than reminisce about its storied past, however, the luxury automaker has been sharply focused on its future. At the 2022 North American International Auto Show, Lincoln showed off its L100 and Star concept vehicles. The L100 Concept is envisioned as a fully autonomous electric ride. Lincoln did not divulge what will power the L100 Concept, its estimated range, or if it will ever enter into production. Lincoln dove into hybrids a decade ago and now has several PHEV models in its lineup, but it has yet to build a battery electric vehicle. While Lincoln has yet to reveal specifications around its Star Concept, the vehicle will enter production down the road. The Star Concept SUV previews the first of three EVs the company plans to field by 2025, with a fourth arriving in 2026.
