Homemade Freewheel Crank with Triple Chainrings

This is a video showing the build process of my freewheel crankset with triple chainrings. I started with a normal crankset and then cut off the mounting brackets and used them with my build. The crankset had removable chainrings which are much easier to work with when compared to ones with rivots. I am using a big 56 tooth drive sprocket as an adapter to fit both the freewheel and the 4 bolt pattern chainrings. I am using a heavy duty freewheel from Sick Bike Parts.
