I wanted to give a little bit of a backstory on this song :) I used to struggle with a lot of really dark thoughts if you kinda know what I mean and honestly sometimes they do come back a little from time to time but it’s gotten a lot better. Coming from first gen immigrant parents we never really discussed mental health, I felt really alone especially because I’ve always had a hard time connecting with others. I think time is really relevant in the way that we are constantly evolving and changing as individuals and something I used to always brush aside was the saying of “It gets better with time“ but now that I’ve experienced a little more of life I can honestly say it does even in a small way :D I wanted to write this song in case someone out there felt the same way I did
