Karate Concept: The Nukite "Spear Hand"

This week we are showing applications on a movement found in traditional karate, the nukite or “spear hand.“ It is a very dangerous striking technique if used correctly and also a very good tool used to break through the opponent’s tight guard. We are a group on a mission to return Karate to its roots through the use of Kata as self-defense.
