Basic Visual-kei hair and make-up tutorial (Ruki inspired)

Ruki make-up and hair inspired tutorial requested by CurseSealELiTE, 010easySilence, XHUBIUX Here you go guys. This is really basic and easy to do hair! SORRY if this does not look EXACTLY like Ruki. I have a super sexy long mullet so D: (extra hair) I don’t have short back hair to spike.
