sukekiyo - マニエリスムな冷たい葬列者 [eng sub] LIVE HD

“Manierisumu na tsumetai souretsusha“, meaning “The mannerist cold funeral processionists“ (as in, the people that take part in the funeral procession). From sukekiyo’s 2018 live ’mania no shikan’ -shikkoku no gi- November 15th at Tokyo International Forum Hall C. Mannerism is an art style (late renaissance) that encompasses the ideals of beauty (similar to da Vinci, Michelangelo), but exaggerates them. Often proportions or perspective is slightly distorted and appears unnatural. Translation by me. Annotations: “When you feel like it“ - Literally in the sense of a sudden mood, on a whim. “It’s already muddy - My heart is muddy“ - “Muddy“ is used for imagery here. When it refers to feelings it goes in the direction of “gloomy“, “dark“... In Japanese you can for example say “My heart is “muddy“ with hatred and jealousy“. --------------- I do not own sukekiyo or any of their music or performances. I translate for fun and wanted to share this translation. Thank you for watching!
