Cyclops Cataract - Devil of the Sea (Videoclip) Bio - Formed in 2020, in Scotland amongst the grips of a pandemic induced lockdown, a group of like minded individuals have come together to create Cyclops Cataract. Having come from different backgrounds within their local metal scene in the North East of Scotland, bringing together death metal, black metal, grindcore, and elements of progressive/ambience they created their first self-released EP ‘Swallow The World’ in 2020. Now in 2021, as the world begins to slowly escape one hell before embarking into another, they unleash their first full-length album ‘The Bestiary’. About the album - The Bestiary was recorded and self-produced from January to April 2021 DIY in Aberdeen, Scotland. Traditionally a Bestiary would be a collection of different creatures, in essence an encyclopedia of different beasts. Each song depicts a different creature, based on Scottish folklore and legend.
