Ingredients:
1 pound (16 oz 1/2 kilo) wide rice noodles
3⁄4 pounds (800 grams) sirloin beef cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce (Use light if dark is not available.)

2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
