Ingredients Quantity
Paneer 250 gm
Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Carom Seeds 1 tsp
Gram Flour 2 tbsp
Cashew nut Paste 2 tbsp
Fresh Cream ½ cup
Salt to taste
Fennel Powder ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Onion cubes 1 no.
Assorted Bell peppers ½ no. each
Lemon Juice ½ no.
Oil for cooking
Salad for serving
Mint Sprig for garnish
Method:-
1. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add carom seeds, gram flour and roast it.
2. Transfer into a bowl. Add cashew nut paste and fresh cream mix well.
3. Add salt, fennel powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
4. Cut the paneer into big cubes size and put into the marination.
5. Add onion cubes, assorted capsicum cubes, lemon juice and mix well. Keep the marination aside for 10-15 min.
6. After 15 minutes, insert the paneer cubes, onion cubes, assorted capsicum cubes in the skewers. Keep it aside.
7. Heat oil in the grilling pan and place the skewers in pan.
8. Grill the paneer till brown in color from the all side.
9. Now add remaining marination on the paneer skewers and grill it for 30 seconds.
10. Garnish salad, lemon wedge, mint sprig on the plate and arrange Saunfiya Paneer Tikka in serving plate.
