EOS 200D Doom in glorious 20FPS

Well, due to Coronavirus all the weddings are doomed anyway. So to make use of your camera, @turtius ported Chocolate Doom over 200D. With my _tiny_ improvements to rendering code it went from unplayable to butter smooth 20FPS :)
