Explaining Meshuggah using KONNAKOL (Stengah)

Time Consuming Ep #48 and week 3 of ’MAYshuggah’ is all about KONNAKOL! This Indian rhythmic system had helped me so much over the years and I can’t recommend it enough. Luckily, I have friends who are very well versed in this art form and Rohith is one of them! He is truly an incredible vocalist and his rhythmic sense is so advanced I’m super happy he agreed to join me for this one.
