RIAK Live Coached Group Workout - To The Limit

In our ‘TO THE LIMIT’ series, the naked focus is on taking a sledgehammer to that aerobic threshold, knocking it down and building you back up with a mix of threshold, supra-threshold and VO2max efforts that will make your FTP squeal! WEEK 6 – Sweetspot to supra-threshold lift This week we’re back into some more steady-state efforts but working on the ability to kick things up a notch whilst remaining disciplined. It’s always really easy when lifting the effort to go into the ‘red’ when doing so. In this session the goal is to lift your power from sub-threshold up to just above your FTP as smoothly and as effectively as possible without an overly dramatic kick that will see you accrue unnecessary lactate.
