RIAK Group Workout: To The Limit

In our ‘TO THE LIMIT’ series, the naked focus is on taking a sledgehammer to that aerobic threshold, knocking it down and building you back up with a mix of threshold, supra-threshold and VO2max efforts that will make your FTP squeal! Particularly if you don’t have time for stand-alone VO2max and anaerobic sessions on top of your threshold focused work, this series is an excellent way to get stronger and maximise the productivity of the time you do have. We are now running our Wednesday group workout twice. The morning session with a live coaching feed and an evening session without.
