Hydrofoil Manu Wai Auckland circa 1990 Dominion Breweries America’s Cup charter boat. Relaunched after keel up restoration and modernisation in 1989/90. Originally operated as a fast ferry between Auckland and Waiheke Island from 1964 to 1972 before being laid up over an industrial dispute between owner and Seaman’s Union.
