This 35 min full body shred workout is designed to strengthen your entire body, while getting cardio in. You will start with large leg set, working quads, glutes, and hamstrings. You’ll move to an upper body set working shoulders, back, triceps, chest, and biceps. Finally, you’ll go through cardio circuit. You’re getting it all!
Length: 35 minutes
Equipment: Dumbbells (I used 20’s, 15’s)
Warm Up/Cool Down: Yes
5 Lower Body Exercises
5 Upper Body Exercises
(50 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest)
5 Cardio Exercises
(30 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest)
The entire workout will be repeated
