Here is the easiest recipe of Japanese Kani salad with crab sticks you’ve ever cooked. Try this salad and you won’t be able to tear off – so tasty it is. ❤️ If you like the recipe and want to say thanks, you can buy us a coffee - ✅ ingredients: • crab sticks – 17,5 oz | 500 g • fresh cucumber – 7 oz | 200 g • carrot – 5 oz | 150 g • canned corn – 3 oz | 100 g • mayonnaise – ½ cup | 125 g • sesame oil – 1 tbsp • lemon juice – 1 tbsp • ground black pepper – ½ tsp • sesame seeds – 1 tbsp ✔︎ You will need: • carving board • grater • deep bowl for salad tossing • bowl for sauce 📙 Recipe: 1. Unfold the crab sticks and cut the sheets into thin strips. 2. Cut the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon, grate or cut into thin strips. 3. Grate or cut the carrot into thin strips. 4. Add the mayonnaise, sesame oil, lemon juice and ground black pepper into a bowl and combine until smooth. 5. Into a deep bowl lay out the crab sticks, carrot, cucumber and corn, add the sauce and toss neatly. 6. Sprinkle the crab sticks kani salad with sesame seeds and serve to the table.
