Literature, popular culture, social demands and the conquest of the universe are key pieces in the world of Baikonur, a band from Santiago de Chile that was formed in late 2011, and has released two albums “¿Quién Vigila al Hombre Cansado?“ (2013) and “Nihil Per Saltum“ (2018), to some modest local and international attention. “Blackout“, a live session recorded at their headquarters in the heart of the city, lets us take a glimpse at the band’s intimate space, and includes a selection of songs intended to invite the listener to discover their instrumental rock, than ranges from calm to frantic sound explosions. Creatives, Producers and Event professionals involved are currently impacted by the Corona crisis, but still decided to make this show happen on a voluntary basis as it’s “better than staying at home on the couch”.
