As you know, I normally share Tibetan Buddhist Mantra and folk music on this channel, today I would like to share an Estonian Regilaul - a beautiful song I fell in love with during my time living in Estonia. It comforts me and helps me connect with the minds of the Estonian mind and land.
For those who might not know, Estonia is located next to Finland, closer to the Nordic nations, it has a long cold (as cold as -30 degrees sometimes) and dark winter. Hence the lyrics of this beautiful song carry a deep meaning, especially this verse:
Las tuleb õnnis hommik kätte
Päeva tõus saab metsa pääle
Which translates to:
Let the blessed morning come
The rise of the day will be on the forest
We did this recording during the live concert for the opening of the first healing center and school of Sowa Rigpa (Tibetan medicine) in the Baltic states and Nordic regions ().
