So, my favourite Carrot Cake recipe for you:
Carrot 260 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Zest of 1 orange
Vegetable oil 240 g
Sour cream 30 g
Sugar 200g
Flour 290 g
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
Baking soda 0.5 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
Icing:
Powdered sugar 150 g
Lemon juice

1. Grate carrots on a coarse grater, add eggs, zest, butter, sour cream, sugar to it. Mix.
2. Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt into mixture. Mix.
3. Prepare the form, pour the mixture into it.
4. Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 50 - 60 minutes, check read
