A 15-minute training focusing on abdominal muscles wasn’t enough? We have increased the workout duration by 25%, by adding another 4 literally “INSANE“ minutes and new advanced level exercises. In order to increase the difficulty factor, specific changes concerning recovery times have also been introduced by inserting them only after groups of at least 4 consecutive exercises, thus concentrating the work on the abdominal muscles over a longer time.
