ภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้บันทึกเหตุการณ์น้ำท่วมใหญ่ที่ท่วมพื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่ของกรุงเทพฯ ในปี พ.ศ. 2485 ในช่วงสงครามโลกครั้งที่สอง  เทประกาศวุฒิสารถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์และบรรยายด้วยตัวเอง  แสดงให้เห็นสถานที่สำคัญหลายแห่งของเมือง เช่น สถานีหัวลำโพง อนุสาวรีย์ชัยสมรภูมิ และในส่วนสุดท้ายคือพระที่นั่งอนันตสมาคมซึ่งใช้เป็นรัฐสภา บุคคลสำคัญทางการเมืองของไทยจำนวนหนึ่งจึงถูกจับในภาพยนตร์ด้วยเช่นกัน.⤵️⤵️⤵️🇹🇭 This film recorded the great flood that submerged most parts of Bangkok in 1942, during World War Two. Thae Prakasvudhisarn shot the film and also narrated it himself. It shows several city landmarks such as Hua Lamphong Station, Victory Monument, and in the last section the Anantasmakhom Throne Hall, which was used as the parliament, and thus a number of key political figures in Thailand were captured in the film as well...
