Pan up to rubble and dust STORYLINE: A third building in New York’s World Trade Center collapsed late on Tuesday - seven hours after the complex’s twin towers were destroyed in a suicide air attack. Known as Building Seven of the World Trade Center complex, it sent billowing clouds of dust and rubble into the city skyline. Emergency crews had expected the building to collapse and had evacuated the area. There were no reports of injuries after the office tower fell. The third building is a smaller one compared with the twin towers. Flames and plumes were seen spewing from the high-rise before it collapsed.
