BREAKING: Long March-2D blasts off as formidable China clocks 43rd launch of 2023

JUST IN: Unstoppable China brings up another spectacular launch from the lush green surrounding of Xichang mountains of Sichuan Province in China. The Chinese Long March2D Y83 carrier rocket lifted off from Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China at 12:13pm on Sunday, sending Yaogan-39 remote sensing satellite into orbit. You might not know it, but the Long March 2D *alone* has already launched 8 times this year, that’s as many as Electron did even after counting the sub-orbital version!
