Drowstorm - Carrion Wind (single 2023)

Here is advance single, ‘Carrion Wind’, from the forthcoming Drowstorm album, Jubokko. Drowstorm is a new project from the prolific Canadian black metal artist, Joe Caswell (Olim, Burden of Ymir among several projects). Debut album, “Jubokko“ (a yōkai tree that sucks up a significant amount of blood from the dead to live on) comprises a unique style of unorthodox black metal that combines his technical prowess, with pagan and dystopian scifi themes, playing with dissonant tones to depict scenes of doomsday of the planet. The album releases through Pest Productions in full on February 28th in CD and digital formats.
