► “’Faded Ghost’ was initially written as a ‘breather’ for the record but soon after looking at it in deeper detail during its creation, it evolved into what we now consider a part 2 of an old song of ours entitled ‘Just For A Moment...’. The material featured on ‘Beneath the Threshold’ was always meant to be more riff-based and driving, whilst still retaining multi-layered guitar, bass and keyboard parts. Yet to retain the feel of a more open, atmospheric song, we structured ’Faded Ghost’ in more or less the same manner as the aforementioned track and employed clean vocals/additional harmonies for the entire track once again.
