Gypped in Egypt

In the Egyptian desert, Waffles Cat and Don Dog enter a trippy world of tombs and skeletons, in Gypped in Egypt (1930). Most entertaining about the Van Beuren Studios before they brought in Disney alumni Burt Gillett and Tom Palmer in 1933 is their oddly unfocused way of writing, perfectly unsettling for Halloween entertainment.
