Israel’s chief negotiator for hostages and missing persons, Gal Hirsch has reportedly proposed offering Hamas leader, Yahya Sinwar in exchange for the 101 hostages. The information was revealed in a Bloomberg interview with the disclaimer that it is not clear if Hamas has responded or would consider it at all.
