For the restoration of this old cookie machine I had to powder coat it, work on the lathe, grind, cut, bend, mill, sandblast, fill and some more. Some parts I had to make new or buy as they were no longer available. Other parts I had to derust, machine and recoat with paint. I also cleaned the parts, polished them, and gave them a nickel plating or bluing to protect them from future environmental exposure. After restoring the antique cookie machine, I was able to test it out and eat some very tasty cookies.
This video is not only to quickly show someone how something works, but also to relax and get away from it all! Relax while watching the video and enjoy what you see and hear. I recommend you put on headphones and listen carefully at certain points (I’ve highlighted them), as there are often very strange sounds there.... Enjoy!
