“Supervisory Development for Law Enforcement: Discipline” is one of a series of training films made for police officers. This episode of the “Supervisory Development“ series shows scenarios in which supervising officers discipline the officers below them, and the viewers can see how their disciplinary actions affect the police force and those it serves. The film also explores themes such as police brutality and power dynamics. This film was presented by MTI Teleprograms Inc. It is a Harper & Row Criminal Justice Media program. It was created and written by Eugene N. Smith. The executive producer was Ellen Meet Tweedy. The associate producer was M. Linda Calabro. The management consultant was Marilyn J. Bryan. It was produced by Bay State Productions.

The Police Sergeant holds a pen and yells at the officer (12:09). Police officer stands up angrily (12:27). Police car drives in darkness (12:58). Police officer yawns and looks tired while driving (13:07). Police car drives down a road at night (13:17). Police officer prepares his car so he can nap (13:48). Officer makes a call over the radio (14:12). Police officer sleeping in his car (14:51). Officer gets out of the police car (15:11). Sergeant approaches the car of the sleeping officer (15:20). Officer sleepy gets out of the police car (15:42). Two police officers converse (15:47). Sergeant puts hands on the police officer and yells at him (16:23).
