This 40 MIN INTENSE BOOTY & ABS Workout - Instant Results [At Home, No Equipment] is a very effective workout to activate your glutes, core & abs (and even almost unnoticeably tone the arms😅). 80% of the routine is down on the floor and there aren’t any jumps or high impact exercises.
The layout is 45 seconds work with a proper 15-second break between. Strive for the hardest version, but keep in mind that you can always rest your legs or feet on the floor if it’s too hard. Abs should really be burning every now and then through this part of the routine. As for the glutes and thighs there are the best doable (but very effective) exercises to strengthen these beautiful body parts.
