FOUR PAWS - About Project Ukraine - Stray dogs

In response to the international outcry about stray dogs being killed in the streets of many cities within Ukraine, the international animal welfare organization FOUR PAWS launched a large-scale stray animal neutering, vaccination and release program in April 2012.
