After a blizzard which dumped 2 feet of snow on southeastern Connecticut, the Valley Railroad operated a plow extra on Thursday morning, January 29, 2015. The consist is GE 80-Ton center cab diesel 0901, built in 1940, and the home-built Hoosac Tunnel & Wilmington snow plow, built in the HT&W’s Readsboro, VT shop circa 1900.
