Anton Kosachev Trio - Speak Low. Live at Shirine on December 2nd 2015

Here’s the third tune we played on the first of our concert at Shrine on December 2nd - Speak Low. Great tune to play at any tempo, but we chose this one to be an uptempo. Harmonic movement on the A sections is not complicated, almost modal, but then on the bridge things change. One of my favorite recordings of this tune has been done by Sonny Clark on his “Sonny’s Crib“ album and Roy Hargrove’s version on “Earfood“ CD.
