Dinan Engineering owned BMW 535i Turbo, the development car

This is a very cool BMW 5-series! It was originally purchased by Dinan Engineering from their local BMW dealership back in 1989 for the purpose of developing their Stage 3 turbo kit for this car. It’s now available for sale on the Bring a Trailer auction site. Check out the auction here: After Dinan was finished with the car, they sold it to a local BMW club member who used it for various driver’s school events. It eventually found it’s way to Tennessee before the current owner brought it into their collection. Little did they know the true history of the car until the found the registration card in the glove box.
