Igloo-Gloo The Balloons

An anvil with a few balloons attached to it drops from the sky. Each time the seal pups untie a balloon, it floats away or deflates with a funny noise. When there’s only one balloon left, Snowball gives it a doggie shape and hands it over to a delighted Snowflake.
