*This vid was a favorite on my other channel. It was my first, and only, over-100k video! I wanted to make sure it was archived on this channel, and I hope it can still be one of your favorites!*
I hosted a live Zoom class this weekend with friends from TikTok and Instagram, and it was so much fun. I recorded that class, but realized the copyrighted music would be an issue on YouTube. I taught a similar workout today, and decided to record it. I hope you enjoy! I didn’t edit it much, so it’s pretty true to what a livestreamed class would be.
