Marinade: 2 cups buttermilk 2 eggs 2 tbsp pikle juice Flour Mix: 1.5 cups flour 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup bread crumbs 4-5 tbsp Dan-O’s Seasoning Marinade chicken at least 1 hour. Cover and fry fr 5-6 min until coked through and golden brown For Chizza Add pizza/pasta sauce, freshly grated mozzarella, bell peppers and pepperoni.
