In this week’s episode, Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada shows you how to make a popular dish served in many causal Japanese restaurants. It’s called Chicken Katsu and it’s basically breaded chicken. In Italian and South American cultures this dish is usually called Chicken Milanese. Add some tomato sauce and cheese and throw it under a salamander and it quickly becomes Chicken Parmesan.
