The manufacturing process of more than 3,000 Japanese iaido swords per year

Minosaka is a workshop that continues to make iai swords specialized in practicality for iai practice. We will show you the swords and the manufacturing process that they make over 3,000 swords a year. ▼ Iai sword The Iai sword is mainly used for budo ( Japanese martial arts) and iai practice. Although they look like Japanese swords, the production process is more efficient than that of a serious sword. These swords are safe, cannot be cut, and are used for budo, viewing, and hobbies. They are popular with sword fans around the world. Although more efficiently made than a serious sword, much of the work is done by hand by craftsmen and each piece is carefully crafted. ▼Profile of Kobo Minosaka Minosaka, which has been in existence for over 100 years, has been in the sword manufacturing business since its establishment.
