2004 Millville 250cc Moto 2 (Mike Alessi’s 2nd Pro Moto; Chad Reed’s First DNF of 2004)

This is the 2nd 250cc moto from the 2004 Spring Creek Motocross National in Millville, MN. In 2004, Honda’s Ricky Carmichael was on another tear during the 250cc Motocross Nationals. After a knee injury ended his Supercross season before it even began, Carmichael switched up to the big CRF450R 4-stroke and proved it was the right choice. He was 8-0 for overall wins and 16-0 in moto wins just like before in 2002 when he rode a CR250 2-stroke to the sport’s first ever perfect Motocross season. At this poi
