His muzzle was embedded deeply with rubber bands

Meet Vinny! Vinny was found as a stray with rubber bands tied around his muzzle. The damage detached his nose from his skull and granulation tissue was already forming over the nostril holes from his body trying to heal itself. He’s been getting reconstructive procedures since coming into the care. After just 60 days, he’s doing really well, still being hand-fed food meatballs and his chin is slowly healing. He’s happy, confident, and loving and on the road to recovery. He LOVES people and likes to climb in your lap and soak up all the love! He’s such a sweet lovable boy.
