YES! I know the struggle :D We can do Dance Workouts at home, but there is nooo wayyyy you can give a full performance with other people around. That’s why this video doesn’t have any „embarrassing“ or dancy moves. You can do this wherever you are: Gym, outside, in the living room with your partner - nobody will look at you confused.
