21 trombones in the 21st century highlights

In 2021 New Trombone Collective exists 20 years! Time to look back to some highlights and to look forward. In 2010 we joined forces with 11of the best trombone players in the Netherlands and formed a trombone band of 20 players. In the concert we had 4 incredible soloists: Bart van Lier, Jiggs Whigham, Nils Wogram and Mark Nightingale. This “ tribute to Urbie Green“ had some Urbie standards, but also some new music for this set-up of 21 trombones.
