I enjoyed filming this fabulous 1965 Bizzarrini Grifo 5300 GT in the racing version and belonging to the Dutch DHG Racing team (). At the wheel, the fast driver Oliver Hart. I have to thank Mr David Hart, owner of the racing team and himself an excellent pilot with an important past in the world of racing; all his staff was very kind, allowing me to install an action-cam inside the cockpit. We are at the Misano circuit during the test days organized by Kateyama. The Grifo 5300 GT is a creation of Eng. Giotto Bizzarrini and is a superb representative of the 1960s racing car. Powered by the big Chevrolet V8 engine, it mounts a special manifold for the four Weber 45 DCOE carburettors and develops about 400hp. The car reaches a maximum speed of over 280Km/h. It’s all quite impressive, we’re talking about a Gran Turismo with 55 years on its shoulders!
