Shaolin training Tagou Dharma Hall

This 60 minutes documentary shows the intensive training program of students at and around the Dharma Hall, Tagou, Shaolin Temple in Henan, China, known in the martial arts world as the birthplace of kung fu and home to the famed “fighting monks.“ We did shoot this video during our stay and training at Shaolin. martial art students, from young children to young addults improving their wushu skills, strenght and flexiblity.
