TODAY: Good morning! Let’s work out! Today we do our usual 1 hour of cardo to start eh week and then a full body workout... in the end we stretch, of course! Enjoy!

About our live workout sessions:
We usually start with some cardio, 30 minutes up to an hour and afterwards we get into the strength work. Sometimes it’s gonna be full body, other times just core, upper body and/ or lower body. And in the end we always take our time to do some beginner and some advanced stretches! So, there’s something for everyone in it!
We might use props, like a chair, bands, dumbbells, gliders, ankle weights, a magic circle, an aerobic stepper, a Pilates ball, a big exercise ball, my power tower, yoga blocks… but if you do not have any of that, don’t worry; I’ll always give alternatives. Same goes for high impact or very advanced exercises. I will always strive to give you different versions to chose from, so you can adjust the workout to your needs, as we are all differe
