170: PNSO Iguanodon (Harvey 2021) Review

This is probably PNSO’s last reveal for the year, and what a way to wrap up the end of the year… with what could be said to be the beginning of dinosaurs and palaeontology The Iguanodon has gone through many changes, I am happy to have an updated one from PNSO. Though not as well-known as the Big Three (T Rex, Triceratops and Brontosaurus) Iguanodon is nonetheless important, popular, and recognizable. Sporting an elegant bauplan similar to the hadrosaurids to which they are closely related, this model has a build that calls to mind that elegance that I have not seen in a long time. The detail has to be seen to be believed, and held in hand to fully appreciate. But you will be able to admire the sculpting and craftsmanship on this model, and with an interesting though understated colour palette that belies the simple majesty of this pioneering dinosaur, this is a worthy model for your shelf, and will be a splendid addition to your other iguanodonts.
