So I had my baby 9 months and 1 day ago and I STILL feel like I am getting back into shape! One thing I have been really regular about is doing my sit ups and quick work outs at home on days I miss the gym! I always have my dog and baby crawling on me but it makes it fun :) so here are my 12 favorite ab workouts that you guys can do at home or at the gym!!! I usually try to make it to at least 300 reps of any of these sit ups. So I will usually pick one and do 50 - then 50 of another - 25 of another - etc.
